7.1 Deleting Your Account

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, without needing the mobile app installed, using our self-service deletion page:

When you delete your account, it is deactivated immediately and can no longer be signed in to. Your data is then held for a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel the deletion by contacting bruno@panukaagribizhub.com from your registered email address or with your registered phone number. After the 30-day grace period, your account and associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Deletion covers your profile and personal information, venture, enterprise and project records, farm diary reports, business plans, production planners, financial tracker entries, course progress and quiz results, and messages.

7.2 What We Retain After Deletion

Some records are retained after account deletion, only where necessary:

• Payment and order records, for as long as accounting and tax laws require
• De-identified training and program statistics reported to development partners — these no longer contain your name or contact details and cannot be traced back to you

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your account and data (see Section 7)
• Object to certain processing
