Delete your Panuka AgriBiz Hub account

This page lets you delete the account you use with the Panuka AgriBiz Hub mobile app and website, along with the data associated with it. You do not need the app installed to request deletion here.

What happens when you delete your account

Your account is deactivated immediately — you can no longer sign in on the app or the website.
For 30 days, your data is held in case the deletion was a mistake. To cancel during this period, email bruno@panukaagribizhub.com from your registered email address or include your registered phone number.
After 30 days, your account and data are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your profile and personal information (name, phone number, email)
Your venture, enterprise, and project records
Farm diary reports and field records
Business plans, canvases, and pitch decks
Production planners and financial tracker entries
Course enrollments, progress, and quiz results
Messages and conversations

What we keep, and why

Payment and order records we are legally required to keep for accounting and tax purposes
De-identified training and program statistics reported to development partners — these no longer contain your name or contact details and cannot be traced back to you

To protect your data, we need to confirm it's really you. Sign in with the account you want to delete and you'll be brought straight back here.

Can't sign in?

If you no longer have access to your login details, email bruno@panukaagribizhub.com with the subject line “Account deletion request” and the phone number or email address registered on your account. We will verify it is you and process the deletion within 30 days.
